The Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration is one of the nation’s most celebrated African American cultural events, bringing together tens of thousands of people each summer in downtown Indianapolis to honor heritage, uplift community, and celebrate Black excellence. Running over multiple days every July, this vibrant festival features an exciting lineup of experiences including live music and the Music Heritage Festival, educational and business conferences, film screenings, health and wellness fairs, fashion showcases, and family-friendly gatherings that highlight the richness and diversity of Black culture.
